A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT AMENDING THE LAWS REGULATING REAL ESTATE BROKERS AND SALESPERSONS TO REQUIRE THE BOARD MEMBERS OF A COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION TO COMPLETE EDUCATION ON THE LAWS, MANAGEMENT, AND FUNCTIONS OF COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS AS PROVIDED BY THE NORTH CAROLINA REAL ESTATE COMMISSION.
