Amends the Charter of the Town of Oakboro to designate that in 2015, two (currently three) members of the Town Board are elected for fiveyear terms, and that the three (currently two) members whose terms expire in 2017 will continue to serve until 2018. In 2020, and quadrennially thereafter, two (currently three) seats will be elected for fouryear terms, and in 2018, and quadrennially thereafter, three (currently two) seats will be elected for fouryear terms.
