TO CLARIFY THAT THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS IS A CUSTODIAN OF COURT RECORDS, TO CLARIFY THAT THOSE COURT RECORDS ARE A PUBLIC RECORD AND ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST TO A THIRD PARTY UPON PAYMENT OF A REASONABLE AMOUNT TO COVER REPRODUCTION COSTS.
