TO PROVIDE THAT THE CRIMINAL PENALTY FOR THE THEFT OF ANY FINANCIAL TRANSACTION CARD SHALL BE THE SAME AS THE CRIMINAL PENALTY FOR THE THEFT OF A CREDIT CARD WHICH IS A CLASS I FELONY.
