ALLOWING A BAIL AGENT ACTING ON BEHALF OF A SURETY COMPANY TO MAKE WRITTEN MOTIONS REGARDING SETTING ASIDE BAIL FORFEITURE AND RELIEF FROM FINAL JUDGMENT OF BAIL FORFEITURE UNDER THE LAWS PERTAINING TO CRIMINAL PROCEDURE.
