AN ACT TO LIMIT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S PARTICIPATION IN LITIGATION ADVANCING ANY ARGUMENT THAT WOULD RESULT IN THE INVALIDATION OF ANY EXECUTIVE ORDER ISSUED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.
